Med-Cert Pro offers paid subscription plans billed annually. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms are disclosed before purchase, and app-store purchases also follow Apple or Google billing terms.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, such as certifications, licenses, and training records. You grant Med-Cert Pro a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
While we take steps to protect your information, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the credentials you store in Med-Cert Pro. We do not verify the authenticity of credentials unless expressly stated.
You may not use Med-Cert Pro for any unlawful purpose, to store false or fraudulent information, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Med-Cert Pro does not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice and does not guarantee licensing, certification, or renewal outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med-Cert Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services, including missed notifications or credential expiration.
We may update the services and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means and will state an effective date.
